RYA Senior Sailing Dinghy Instructor opportunity
Chippenham Sailing and Canoe Club are looking for an
RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor holding current certification.
Chippenham Sailing Canoeing Club is situated on a beautiful
section of the River Avon to the east of the town of Chippenham.
The club has club sailing dinghies and canoes, and offers sport for all.
The river can be challenging with cross winds and currents, but
offers a great deal of new experience.
The club is an accredited BCU Canoeing and Kayaking training centre
and would also like to offer RYA accredited sailing and RYA inland
Rescue boat courses to offer people the opportunity to learn new
sports, meet like minded people, and keep fit.
You will need to be an RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor and be willing to
develop club sailing to RYA Sailing training centre status, as official “RYA Principal”.
If you would like this ground floor opportunity to develop a new RYA sailing school
and bring more people into our sport, and, develop your skills set into canoeing
and kayaking, this is an ideal opportunity.
We will also consider an RYA Dinghy Sailing Instructor with several years experience,
who is close to gaining the RYA Senior Instructor status and would like a club to develop
this with as an RYA Principal, liaising with the RYA.
